Team Body Movin Fit Family Program
You will receive
2-3 new workouts per week and access to fitness library.
You are busy slaying life. We get it. Complete the workouts on your time!
Recommended equipment is 1 or 2 set of dumbbells (heavy and lighter set) and a fitness mat.
All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be provided.
Private FB group for support and accountability.

Personal Trainer
Hello Friend. Thank you for stopping by. I see you. The one looking for a change but not quite sure where to start.
My name is Jamie and I am the Team Body Movin Certified Personal Trainer (ACE).
My journey started with a personal goal to improve my wellbeing. I was overweight, unhappy and overwhelmed with the abundance of fitness information online. I searched for someone to provide guidance on exercise form, someone to teach me how to train to prevent injuries and to hold me accountable. I started working with a trainer. He motivated and challenged me above anything I felt I was capable of on my own. That ignited a spark within me and I knew I wanted an opportunity to positively influence health/wellness journeys like he had mine. I obtained my Personal Training Certification in 2010 and never looked back.
My training philosophy is to train hard, eat healthy (most of the time) and have fun along the way. Being part of Team Body Movin Fit Family isn’t about a quick transformation. It is about building the foundation for a lifestyle change.
